A-1 ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL WAGNER AS DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

FORT PIERCE, FLA., – November 18, 2024 – Employee-owned A-1 Global Holdings, Inc. (“A-1”), a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered building components, is pleased to announce the addition of Michael H. “Mike” Wagner as Director of Information Technology. Reporting to President Jan S. Beck, Mike will spearhead A-1’s IT initiatives, focusing on strengthening infrastructure, cloud management, and cybersecurity. Mike steps into the role following incumbent Peter Kransberger’s transition to Integrated Performance Solutions, LLC (IPS), where he will lead efforts to transform the construction industry through innovative software solutions and advanced automation.

With over three decades of experience in IT and a specialization in infrastructure and data architecture solutions, Mike’s career includes CIO roles and extensive work within the healthcare and technology sectors. As a Certified Information Systems Auditor, he has successfully led numerous technology transformations and managed IT due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and is a U.S. Air Force veteran.
