A-1 ANNOUNCES ROBERT JARDIM’S CONCLUSION OF HIS TENURE AS CFO
FORT PIERCE, FLA., – August 7, 2026 – Employee-owned A-1 Global Holdings, Inc. (“A-1”), a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered building components, announces that Robert “Rob” Jardim departed the Company to pursue other professional opportunities, effective August 7, 2026.
Rob joined A-1 as Vice President of Finance in May 2023 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in August 2025. The Company extends its appreciation for his contributions and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
