LOGISTICS
Our inventory management team is one of the major keystones to A-1’s successes. We have the capacity to serve any job accurately and punctually due to our qualified team and storage space. Producing over 100,000 board feet a day, A-1 never ceases to excel in all inventory management protocols.
With a growing fleet of trucks and the logistics and scheduling management leaders, our deliveries are never less than punctual and professional. A-1 has made an obligation to not only deliver the trusses on time with no exceptions but to document each distribution every step of the way.
