A-1 A-1 STRENGTHENS OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP TEAM WITH ADDITION OF MARC GUY
BAINBRIDGE, GA., – May 26, 2026 – Employee-owned A-1 Global Holdings, Inc. today announced the appointment of Marcus “Marc” Guy as Director of Operations for A-1 Industries of Georgia, LLC.
Guy brings more than 23 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, sales, and product management, with a strong background in process improvement, production leadership, and team development.
“Marc’s operational leadership experience and proven ability to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement make him an excellent addition to A-1,” said Jan S. Beck, President of A-1 Global Holdings. “As we continue investing in innovation, automation, and operational excellence, Marc’s leadership will support our continued growth and commitment to customer service.”
In his role, Guy will oversee operations at A-1 Industries of Georgia’s Bainbridge manufacturing facility, supporting production efficiency, safety initiatives, quality standards, scheduling, and overall operational performance.
Prior to joining A-1, Guy held leadership roles with Shaw Industries and Mohawk Industries, including Vice President / General Manager of Mohawk Industries’ Pad & Cushion Division, Director of Manufacturing Operations, Plant Manager, and Production & Scheduling Manager. Throughout his career, he has overseen multi-facility operations in the United States and Mexico, improved profitability, and driven continuous improvement initiatives.
