A-1 INDUSTRIES OF FLORIDA SUPPORTS YOUTH LEADERSHIP AND CAREER EXPLORATION IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY
FORT PIERCE, Fla., January 26, 2024 – A-1 Industries of Florida, a subsidiary of A-1 Global Holdings, Inc., participated in a pivotal community engagement event on January 26, 2024, hosting six Youth of the Year candidates from the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County. This initiative, part of the broader Leadership Day aimed at fostering youth leadership and exposing young individuals to diverse career opportunities, underscored A-1’s commitment to the community and the future of its Youth.
The event saw collaboration with several local businesses, including St. Lucie County Air Rescue, Nelson Family Farms, Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air, and Keiser University, each contributing to the day’s success. A-1 opened its Fort Pierce facility to the Youth of the Year candidates, offering insights into the manufacturing sector and the various career paths available within the industry.
Robert Jardim, A-1 Vice-President of Finance, expressed his excitement about the event, stating, “A Day of Inspiration at A-1 Industries!” He warmly welcomed the St. Lucie County Youth of the Year candidates to the Fort Pierce facility for a tour filled with learning, exploration, and meaningful conversations about various career paths. Jardim further noted, “A special shoutout to the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County for making Leadership Day a remarkable success. Together, we’re helping shape the future of our community’s Youth!”
