(“A-1”), a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered building components, proudly shares the recognition of our own Gloria Garza De Ponce as the Florida Manufacturer Apprentice of the Year at the FABTECH 2024 event in Orlando. This award underscores Gloria’s dedication and A-1’s commitment to employee development and manufacturing excellence.

Gloria has been instrumental within our Certified Professional Technician Apprenticeship Program, a collaborative effort with CareerSource Research Coast and Indian River State College. This initiative exemplifies A-1’s investment in hands-on training and academic learning to prepare a skilled workforce for the future.
