A-1 WELCOMES STEVE GILLHOUSE AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING TO DRIVE STRATEGIC GROWTH

FORT PIERCE, FLA., – January 30, 2026 – Employee-owned A-1 Global Holdings, Inc. today announced the appointment of Steve Gillhouse as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a role supporting the Company’s continued growth and market expansion across the Southeastern United States.

Gillhouse brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and general management within the building products and construction materials industries. His background includes leading large, multi-channel sales organizations, integrating brands, executing pricing strategies, and driving market expansion.

“Steve is a proven leader with a deep understanding of how sales strategy, marketing execution, and customer experience work together to drive sustainable growth,” said Jan S. Beck, President of A-1 Global Holdings. “As A-1 continues to evolve, Steve’s experience and customer-focused approach will help guide our next phase.”

In his role, Gillhouse will oversee the integration of A-1’s sales and marketing functions, aligning strategy and execution across residential, multifamily, commercial, and emerging markets, with a focus on go-to-market initiatives, customer engagement, and sales team development.

Gillhouse joins A-1 following senior executive leadership roles at Cornerstone Building Brands and USG Corporation, where he led large national organizations and drove profitable growth through market expansion and pricing discipline.

A-1 previously announced that Jerry Vulgaris, who formerly served as A-1’s Vice President of Sales, now leads Commercial Sales for the Company as part of its 2026 growth strategy.
