Jerry Vulgaris
Jerry Vulgaris Profile & Experience
Jerry Vulgaris joined A-1 as Vice President of Sales in April 2021. Before joining A-1, he held the role of Senior Director of Business Development for MHA Building Systems in Lodi, California. Previously, he was Senior Project Manager at Colt Builders in Salt Lake City. Jerry comes from a 4th Generation family business with decades of multi-segmented construction experience, including structural components, wood framing, and the development of innovative products. Overseeing Sales and Marketing for A-1’s state-of-the-art facilities in Fort Pierce, Florida, and Bainbridge, Georgia.
Jerry received his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University. He lives with his wife, Julie and two children in Jupiter, Florida.
Using the latest state-of-the-art automation and our proprietary software, A-1 is in the top 5% of the country in single-site production for quality and efficiencies. Our facilities cover over eight Acres located on 140 Acres. We have room to grow, unlike anyone else in the industry. What sets us apart from all others is our people, software, and our facilities.
